I taught PreK 3 &4 as well as K-12 regular and exceptional student education students for 10 years. I have a bachelors degree in Sociology with a minor in Gerontology, Masters degree in Education with a concentration on Curriculum & Instruction. I have another Masters degree in Social Work with a concentration in Gerontology. I have been a social worker for 9 years. At present, I work as a School Social Worker, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker a Qualified Social Worker Supervisor and a Home Study Practitioner.. As a social worker I have experience with working with clients ranging from 5 to 99. I treat most mental health diagnosis using evidenced based interventions and strategies. I provide some case management and will refer clients to community agencies based on the need. On another note: I'm also the mother of 3 adult children, with 2 grandchildren and a soon to be boy pit bull mixed named Kairo.
